Southern Illinois University Carbondale (SIUC) seeks proposal information from production breweries, which can locate a brewing facility at the SIUC Fermentation Sciences Institute that can produce 3,000-10,000 barrels of beer per year in a versatile system that serves as a good educational model for our brewing science program. This co-location of a working production brewery will allow the students access to production scale brewing equipment for educational purposes.
An optional pre-submission conference and site visit will be held at the McLafferty Annex, 1785 University Press Drive, Carbondale, Illinois on June 26, 2018 at 2:00 PM to allow Respondents to view the spaces, equipment, and to ask questions.
