Southern Illinois University plans to retain up to four investment managers specializing in intermediate-term and short-term fixed income investments to manage a portion of its operating reserves investment pool. The University will retain at least one investment manager specializing in intermediate-term fixed income. Respondents may reply to request for either short-term or intermediate-term investment management or both. The University reserves the right to make multiple non-exclusive awards, or no award, if that is deemed to be in the best interest of the University.
