Southern Illinois University seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive, collaborative, broadband-based economic and community development services in the southernmost twenty (20) counties of Illinois through the Connect SI initiative.

This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights
