Southern Illinois University Carbondale is soliciting proposals for the manufacture, delivery, and installation of 3 new digital and analog television transmitters and associated equipment. The award will be made by an evaluation team based on the ability of the proposer to perform the requested service and or delivery of the required equipment as outlined in the RFP.
