Southern Illinois University Carbondale is requesting proposals for the right to maintain, service, and repair elevators and escalators located in Unversity Housing and the Student Center according to the specifications in the RFP document.

Submit 5 copies of the response as defined in the specifications.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Proposal documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
