Southern Illinois University Carbondale is seeking bids from qualified vendors to furnish all materials and labor to replace the handrails at the Student Center main entrance ramp and steps on the campus of Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, Illinois.
A pre-bid conference is scheduled for this project at the Mackinaw Room in the Student Center located at 1255 Lincoln Drive on the Southern Illinois University Carbondale campus, on May 16th, at 10:00 A.M.CDST. Attendance to the pre-bid is strongly recommended.
Effective January 1, 2011 communications regarding the specifications of this solicitation, which are not given in a public forum, are subject to public reporting. Questions regarding where the bid is to be mailed, the date and time of the opening or how to obtain a copy of the solicitation or any other procedural question will not need to be reported.
