It is the intent of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville to contract for custodial and maintenance services for its School of Nursing facility at 409 W. Calhoun Ave, Springfield, Illinois. This is a 4,948 square foot office and teaching facility. The initial contract period shall be April 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008. Contract may be by mutual agreement, and be renewed on an annual basis up to June 30 2012.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
This procurement will be contingent on Board of Trustees approval.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
