Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) is seeking proposals for technical assistance in the development and management of industry-specific sector partnerships for a Round 4 U.S. Department of Labor Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training (TAACCCT) grant for the "Building Illinois Bioeconomy" (BIB) consortium, which consists of four community colleges and one public University across the state of Illinois. As the lead institution in the BIB consortium, SIUE will be soliciting and evaluating proposals from companies offering competency-based learning platforms and qualified to provide technology and services in this area for a grant performance period ending September 30, 2017.

Specifically, BIB is seeking an experienced organization with a proven track record in providing training and technical assistance to Consortium staff on the development of sector strategies, a core element of BIB's TAACCCT programming. The ideal organization will provide technical assistance and intensive coaching to 1) facilitate sector partnership development, 2) maintain a strong sector partnership, 3) manage early implementation, and 4) effectively use data to ensure long-term sustainability.
