Professional and Artistic RFP: Traditional Media Buy Management
As a result of budget challenges that have surfaced since the release of RFP 6153, the RFP will be cancelled. SIUE is in the process of re-writing an RFP for Traditional Media Buy Management to reflect changes in the scope of work and anticipates issuing a new RFP in the coming weeks.
Addendum #1 with Questions & Answers has been attached.
The Bid Opening Date has been changed to Thursday, March 10, 2016 @ 2:00 PM CST.

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is seeking oversight and management of traditional media buys and placement for TV, radio, print, outdoor and sponsorship opportunities.
Specific areas of focus for the media plan include increasing student enrollment, increasing awareness of the University among key market segments, increasing exposure of SIUE NCAA Division I athletics and increasing ticket sales.
