As a result of budget challenges that have surfaced since the release of RFP 6153, the RFP will be cancelled. SIUE is in the process of re-writing an RFP for Traditional Media Buy Management to reflect changes in the scope of work and anticipates issuing a new RFP in the coming weeks.

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville is seeking oversight and management of traditional media buys and placement for TV, radio, print, outdoor and sponsorship opportunities. Specific areas of focus for the media plan include increasing student enrollment, increasing awareness of the University among key market segments, increasing exposure of SIUE NCAA Division I athletics and increasing ticket sales.

Submit 4 copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details.
