for consulting services to assist in developing the SIU Cancer Institute Community Partnership between the School of Medicine and SIU Physicians & Surgeons.

Selected vendor must possess documented experience in developing cancer programs in academic medical centers. Extensive expertise in cancer research and research networks, as well as cancer center facility planning and cancer reimbursement are required. Vendor must have knowledge of and program experience with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the National Cancer Institute. Experience in strategic planning, business plan development, work group facilitation, cancer center facility design, and cancer center program implementation must be evident. The services to be performd include space planning, business plan development, planning council, and personnel recruitment.
