for production of 2 video/DVD products, equipment and engineering for the new visitors center at Starved Rock (Bid # 104). Qualified vendors to act as sub-contractor to specify, provide and install equipment and produce 2 video-DVD products are required. Bid documents can only be obtained prior to the pre-bid conference. All work must be completed by October 1, 2001.
The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. Bidding documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
A manditory pre-bid conference will be held at Starved Rock at 11:30 a.m. in the park office on July 18, 2001. Only those bids received by vendors who attend the pre-bid conference will be considered.
