for recruiting services (Request # 105).

The University desires professional consulting services for the purpose of recruiting full-time faculty physicians at the Assistant/Associate Professor level for various subspecialty devisions in the clinical departments of its School of Medicine. A resulting contract to this RFP shall take effect upon final date of execution by all parties and shall remain in effect through June 30, 2002. The University shall have the option to renew and extend the contract for two additional one year periods with terms and conditions as referenced in the Renewal Options section of the RFP. The contractor shall provide recruitment services consistant with industry-wide standards for professional recruitment agencies.
