for clinical laboratory services.
A full time (37.5 hrs./week/52 week/yr.) phlebotomist is required to provide clinical laboratory services to the SIU School of Medicine Family Practice Center at 305 West Jackson St., Carbondale, IL. Timely and accurate clinical laboratory services are required within 24 hours for most common tests. Vendor should provide current print-out of statistics or number of tests run on a monthly basis by payor classification. Results are printed at the on-site laboratory printer. All panels need to conform to AMA/CPT guidelilnes.
