A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on June 18th @ 10:00 AM in the Heartland Conference Room, on the 1st floor of 327 W Calhoun, Springfield, IL. All prospective bidders are strongly urged to attend. This will be the only time for a site visit prior to the bid.
