for a digital color copier.

The SIU School of Medicine Print Shop, in its efforts to respond to the color printing demands of the School, is seeking proposals for a digital color copy machine and maintenance agreement to produce copies in the range of 30 to 40 color copies per minute. All digital copiers must have the ability to be clustered with one or more of the same machines. All primary proposals shall be for new equipment. Included are:

• High quality digital color copier
• Full service and supply costs
• High levels of maintenance and repair services support
• 4 hour or less guaranteed service response time

This copier bid/RFP is for a five-year lease agreement or outright purchase with maintenance contract.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or parts thereof. The vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid/RFP documents. The bid/RFP is contingent on the Board of Trustees approval. Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all bid proposals.
