Harrassowitz provides journals at publishers' list prices, charging no service fee to libraries with a large volume of purchases. They obtain refunds on titles which cease publication, accept cancellations at any time, and forward replacement copies of journals through a claiming process. They provide and allow access to a pre-payment account, which results in additional discounts on purchases made.
