The University is seeking a Vendor to provide monthly Elevator Maintenance & Repair Services for the period 01-JUL-2018 through 30-JUN-2019 with the option to renew for four (4) additional 1-year periods. Elevator Maintenance & Repair Services will be provided at fifteen (15) locations within the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine campus located in Springfield Illinois.
There will be a MANDATORY pre-submission conference and site visits held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday April 3rd, 2018. Pre-submission conference location: 327 W. Calhoun Ave. Fruge' Conference Room, 2nd floor room 233, Springfield IL 62702.
