The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the continuous surveillance system project (Bid # RFQ225).

Southern Illinois University requests that bids include the purchase price and the installation cost for a new (CCTV) continuous video surveillance recording system, located at 751 N. Rutledge, Springfield, IL, as shown in drawings and specifications project#04028. The electrical contractor will be responsible for bidding and coordinating all work.

Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked continuous surveillance system. Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Wednesday, April 21, 2004. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.

All bids must include:

  • All bidders must submit a PC-2 form as required by the Illinois Department of Human Rights.

Pre-bid meeting and site visit will be April 15, 2004, 10:00 am in Room 2063 (Harbinger Conference Room at 801 N Rutledge, Springfield, IL. Attendance is required for bid.
