Thursday October 21, 2004:
The Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University School of Medicine hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the demolition project.
The work will include the demolition of five residential structures for SIU School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois per revised specifications for Project #05014.
Sealed envelopes containing the bids will be marked demolition .Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Thursday, October 21, 2004.Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
All bids must include:
- All bidders must submit a PC-2 form as required by the Illinois Department of Human Rights.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held October 13, 2004 at 10:00am at 327 W. Calhoun, in the the Fruge Conference Room#246, Springfield, Illinois. Attendance is required for bid.
