The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract with a single responsible and responsive vendor to provide employment background check services on an “as needed” basis for the University of Illinois. If the University considers it to be in its best interest, multiple awards may be issued to more than one Respondent as outlined in Section 2.

Should any Respondent have questions concerning conditions and specifications, or find discrepancies in, or omissions from, the specifications, or be in doubt as to their meaning, they should notify the Project Contact no later than “close of business” (5:00 p.m. Local Time) on May 15, 2012.

The solicitation document is attached in Adobe PDF format and the pricing proposal is attached in Microsoft Excel format.

Submit 1 original and 6 copies of your technical proposal, 1 original and 1 copy of your pricing proposal and 1 original and 1 copy of your Utilization Plan copies of the response as defined in the specifications. The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof.
