Invitation for Bid: Provide Print-On-Demand (POD) and SRDP
All bids received were non-responsive for failure to submit the Utilization Plan as required in Section 1.11. The solicitation will be reissued in the near future.
This Amendment 3 is issued to make a correction and update the pricing spreadsheet. A document referencing Amendment 2 was issued in error and can be disregarded. Columns in the Amendment 3 pricing spreadsheet were expanded to allow for proper display of the values input.
Amendment 1 is issued to update the document attached in Section 5.2.4 of the IFB titled "CDC packing + shipping." All Respondents are required to sign and return the Amendment 1 with their proposal.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents. Illinois Department of Human Rights
(IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. There is a BEP goal for this procurement. See solicitation documentation for details. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
