Invitation for Bid: Armored Car Services
The University will not be making an award under this solicitation. Only a single bid was received and it was deemed to be non-responsive and rejected (Administrative Rule (4.2040 c) 1) B)).
The University will be resoliciting for these services at a later date with modifications to the scope of work. Potential vendors interested in obtaining notification for upcoming solicitations are recommended to register on the Bulletin with the commodity code ?Safety/security equip, supplies & services?.
Amendment 2: Opening Date has changed to July 9, 2019 at 3:00 P.M.; Section 8: Supplement Terms and Conditions - The "Prevailing Wage" is now a requirement; Remove page 2 from the Price Sheet Exhibit A; and University Response to Vendors Questions have been answered.
Amendment 1 has been attached. Solicitation 9SLE2003,Section 1.4 refers to Vendor Questions/University Responses. The due date for Vendor Questions has moved from Thursday, May 30, 2019 to Wednesday June 5, 2019.

The University of Illinois is seeking bids to provide armored car services at the Urbana-Champaign, Springfield, and Peoria Illinois campus locations.
Amendment 1 was attached to this notice to extend the pre-submission conference held via Skype on June 3, 2019.
Amendment 2 has been attached to change the due date; update the price file (removal of page 2); change the requirement for prevailing wage; and to respond to vendor questions submitted to the University.
