Comments: The renewals were never posted to the Bulletin because they were not required in 2001. At this time we have to renew the contract for FY09 so we can issue a PO and stay compliant with the University of Georgia Research Foundation. Although, the contract language states that the contract automatically renews, this will be the last option we exercise. We will ask the University of Georgia Research Foundation to sign a new agreement for FY 2010.
