The University awarded a contract for medical forms and ID wrist bands.
This Cooperative purchase is made in accordance with 30 ILCS 525, 30 ILCS 500/25-15(b) and 44 ILL. Admin. Code 4.2036(e). The medical forms and ID wrist bands are used in gathering of data on surgical procedures, patient stay, and identification. In addition to financial value, Taylor Healthcare awarded based on the following product specification/quality factors, which were developed and weighted by Vizients Information Technology Task Force in October 2015: capabilities and functionality, security and integration, support, maintenance and training, and vendor credibility and customer base.
The products provided by Taylor Healthcare are for medical forms and ID wrist bands that are used in gathering of data on surgical procedures, patient stay, and identification.
