The Illinois Public Higher Education Cooperative (IPHEC) is accepting bids from qualified financial entities for the financing of electronic data processing, telecommunications, copying, scientific research, medical, surgical, laboratory and other capital equipment for the period April 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014.
