The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Student Integrated Planning and Advising System (IPAS) that will enable effective monitoring and assessment of undergraduate student success. The intention of the University is to establish a single contract with the successful vendor who will provide the software application and associated services for UIC to enable students, advisors, and staff to have personalized interactions.

An in-person, non mandatory, pre-proposal conference will be held at the University of Illinois at Chicago, University Hall, Conference Room 2550, 601 S. Morgan Street, Chicago, IL 60607, on Friday, November 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m CST.

Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective respondents must respond to Ingrid Worrell at 312-996-2839/ 312-996-2850 or email at iworrell@uillinois.edu on or before November 16, 2017 with firm name and number of attendees. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each firm may attend.
