The University awarded a contract for repairs to metering system.
This emergency/quick purchase was required due to a situation in which immediate repairs were needed to prevent further loss or damage to University property.
It is crucial that the emergency is started while the other electrical repair work is going on. The electric gear is currently de-energized and a major portion of this work cannot be completed safely when the gear is energized. We cannot have this gear down beyond the other repair because it puts the university at risk for a power outage.
