The University awarded a contract for testing distal sites for Legionella Pneumophila.
This emergency/quick purchase was required due to a situation in which public health or safety was threatened.
Gehrke Technology will be performing testing from samples taken from various distal sites at approximately 45 UIC West Campus buildings for Legionella Pneumophila. The test must be done before all West Campus buildings can reopen.
