The University of Illinois at Chicago awarded no one the contract for retail services for University Village Marketplace containing an undetermined sq. feet of leaseable space with a term of an undetermined period for a cost of no amount for the reason stated below. There were 3 bidders.

The low bid amount was not taken because no respondents were able to meet specifications.
