for the management and operation of the Dental Supply Storeroom.

Proposals are requested for the management and operation of the Dental Supply Storeroom located in the College of Denistry for the period August 1, 2001 or from the date of execution of the contract through June 30, 2002 with the option to renew for 3 additional one-year periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds. The services shall include the operation of an on-campus Dental Supply Storeroom, the providing of dental supplies normally used in dental care and teaching of dental students.

Mandatory pre-proposal conference scheduled for Tuesday, June 5, 2001 at 1:30 pm in the College of Dentistry Dean's Conference Room (Room 104E), 801 S. Paulina, Chicago, IL 60612 as been changed to 3:30 pm on June 5, 2001 and also has been changed to a voluntary pre-proposal conference.
