The University is seeking sealed bids from qualified firms to provide charter coach transportation services for UIC sports teams, spirit groups, support groups and administration to intercollegiate competitions with other universities, special events and pick-up and drop-off to O�??Hare International and Midway airports. The University will hold a pre bid conference at University of Illinois at Chicago, Division of Purchasing, 809 South Marshfield Ave, Room 308, Chicago, Illinois 60612 at 2:00 P.M., CST on Wednesday, May 28, 2014. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. Solicitation documents may be obtained by contacting the Purchasing Office. There is no BEP goal for this procurement.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
