Request for Proposal: Design Services for the Jane Addams College

The University of Illinois wishes to retain the services of a consultant to create custom designs for marketing materials for the UIC Jane Addams College of Social Work. It is anticipated that a contract will be awarded for an initial two year term beginning in 2011, with the option to renew for three additional one year periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds. It is the intention of the University to establish a single contract with the successful vendor who will provide design services for the University of Illinois at Chicago.
The University will hold a pre-proposal conference at 809 South Marshfield Ave. in Room 308, Chicago, IL at 10:00 AM CST on Tuesday, March 8, 2011. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective proposers must respond to Kimberly Piper at (312) 996-1856 or email at piper02@uic.edu on or before March 7, 2011 with firm name and number of attendees. A maximum of three representatives from each firm may attend.
