for contractual services for hospital patient accounts administrative support and special documentation assistance.
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on behalf of The University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago (UIMCC), Patient Accounts Department is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide administrative support and special documentation assistance services to maximize the collection of funds earned for clinical services provided to its patients. Services will involve Contractor to communicate with individual patients and third party payers to complete documentation and other requested services in anticipation of and prior to more focused collection efforts. The initial contract period shall be from April 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006 with the University?s option to renew for eight additional one-year periods at the same terms and conditions based on satisfactory performance, continuing need and availability of funds.
