Provide skilled theatrical stage personnel for events (primarily popular music concerts and other performances) held on the UIC Campus. Skill areas required include audio, lighting, rigging of temporary audio, lighting, drapery, or special effects equipment, electrical distribution for temporary audio and lighting systems, carpentry, special effects, props, and stage management. The contractor must be responsible for selection, training, and supervision of personnel supplied to meet the event specifications provided by the University.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any and all responses or parts thereof. Vendor may expect payment thirty to sixty days after receipt of invoice, unless otherwise stated in the bid documents.
Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) eligibility number is required on all proposals, if applicable. This procurement may be contingent on Board of Trustees approval. There is no BEP goal for this procurement. The contract(s) for this solicitation could exceed $50,000 annually.
This transaction is subject to the State Board of Elections registration and certification requirements of Public Act 095-0971.
