Duo Consulting iInc. was selected because of its Chicago location and lowest overall cost. The proposed website will be designed as a critical marketing and communication tool to be used by students, faculty and funding agencies for education, partnerships, employment and research.

The University award process may be delayed up to thirty days as this award goes through a state approval process.

The University of Illinois at Chicago, College of Pharmacy is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide website design services on July 1, 2005 or from the date of execution of contract, through June 30, 2006. The Proposer must demonstrate experience in web design and development in academic environments; must provide evidence and have the ability to manage complex design processes; must develop concensus out of disparate opinions and needs to have a familiarity with health science and health care issues.

The University will hold a pre proposal conference at UIC College of Pharmacy, 833 South Wood Street, Room 145, Chicago, Illinois 60612 on May 16, 2005 from 1:30pm to 2:30pm. Representatives of the University will be present to answer any questions regarding the services requested or proposal procedures. Prospective Proposers must respond to Ruth Rios, Contract Coordinator via e-mail at riosr@uic.edu or 312-996-2850 on or before May 15, 2005 with firm name and number of attendees.
