The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Site Recreation Development at Springfield Campus project.
Project Description
This project involves the development of two asphalt, lighted basketball courts, a lighted sand volleyball court, and a softball diamond with backstop. The project also includes various parking and resurfacing improvements throughout campus.
Bid Proposals
For Division V (Electrical) work, bids will be received up to the hour of 11:00 a.m., prevailing time, on Wednesday, August 1, 2001. For Division I (General) work, bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Wednesday, August 1, 2001.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 2:00 PM local time, on Wednesday, August 1, 2001. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
Pre-bid Conference
A pre-bid conference will be held in Parking Lot D at the University of Illinois at Springfield at 1:30 PM. prevailing time on Thursday, July 26, 2001. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
