The Board of Trustees of U of Illinois Facilities Planning and Programs hereby requests sealed bids for construction work on the Allen Residence Hall Lighting Systems Upgrade at University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign project.
The Electrical Work includes light fixture replacement, ceiling replacement, other miscellaneous electrical work.

Bids will be received up to the hour of 10:00 AM local time, on Friday, March 30, 2001. Immediately after closing time for receiving bids, they will be opened publicly and read.
A pre-bid conference will be held in Room 21, Lincoln Avenue Residence Hall, 1005 S. Lincoln Ave., Urbana, IL at 10:00a.m. prevailing time on Friday, March 23, 2001. Representatives of the owner and the architect/engineer will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are urged to attend.
