Project Description
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign requests statements of qualifications from professional services consultants interested in providing the Willard Airport with engineering services on a retainer basis. The agreement will be for the five (5) year period beginning May 1, 2010 and ending April 30, 2015 with options to annually renew for up to three additional one year periods (May 1 through April 30) for a total of eight years, with the opportunity to annually make adjustments in the scheduled hourly rates.

Selection will be consistent with the Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act (30 ILCS 535/1).
