The University wishes to lease medical office/clinic/dentistry/lab space within the west area in Chicago, Illinois for its Mile Square Health Center (MSHC).
The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is soliciting information from qualified respondents regarding the availability of medical office space for outpatient medical services, including but not limited to, dentistry, optometry, general medicine, pediatric, and other services provided by the MSHC. The medical offices will serve the west neighborhood and must be located within the geographic boundary of qualifying census tracts in the postal codes of 60402 and 60804, and which are as follows: Roosevelt Road north; West Pershing street south; the Harlem Ave. west; Cicero Ave. east.
Currently these functions are housed in 6,700 rentable sq. ft. at 2335 S. Cicero, Cicero, Illinois. The RFI request is for approximately a 7,000 square foot space. The preferred term is 10 years with a right to terminate after 5 and 7 years.
