Description of Project
When the Spurlock Museum of World Cultures opens in the spring of 2002, space will become available in the fourth floor of this building for other uses. The College of Liberal Arts & Sciences will use some of this vacated space to consolidate units currently located away from the college offices. This remodeling work will include new finishes for walls, floors and ceilings; new lighting; new voice/data capacity; new HVAC; and upgraded electrical capacity.

Proposals
Firms should submit 4 copies of the following: a letter of interest, a copy of its CDB prequalification letter, and a 255 form (use CDB SF 255 dated 7/1/99) by 4:00 p.m., Friday, August 17, 2001 addressed to:

Only those firms which meet the following qualifications will be considered for selection:

  • Licensed to practice as an architect in the State of Illinois
  • Prequalified with the State of Illinois Capital Development Board
  • Registered and authorized to do business in the State of Illinois
  • Utilization of AutoCAD compatible system
