Project Description
A feasibility study for the remodeling of this single story building with a partial basement level was completed in Oct. 2003. The planned remodeling will demolish the entire first floor allowing for the additions of: a convenience store, a food service outlet, expanded restrooms, student organization offices, a computer service and training center, and a multi-function conference space. Mechanical, electrical, telecom and fire alarm systems are to be updated also. The building exterior may receive some enhancements to allow for use of the south patio area as well as add some patio space to the north side. There may be changes in the fenestration. The basement is to receive minimal updates and finish work.
