Minor revisions were made to the following paragraphs to read as below:

The Regional Office of the Division of Specialized Care for Children, an affiliated organization of the University of Illinois at Chicago, wishes to lease office space along the Route 355 corridor, south of the intersection of Irving Park Road and Route 355 and north of the intersection of Route 88 and Route 355 and within one (1) mile distance on either side of the corridor. This property will be used for administrative office purposes with initial lease duration of three (3) years and an option to extend for three (3) years. This office will employ approximately 30-40 people.

Space requirements include a minimum rentable area of approximately 8,750 square feet in a relatively modern building to accommodate voice and data communication requirements, direct connection to University fiber network or a satisfactory alternative, elevator access if on more than a single floor or not on ground level, gross lease structure preferred, professional office setting and availability no later than January 1, 2014.

The University wishes to lease office space for Specialized Care for Children located at Rte 355 corridor for a period of three to six years. This property will be used for administrative office purposes.

The Regional Office of the Division of Specialized Care for Children, an affiliated organization of the University of Illinois at Chicago, wishes to lease office space along the Route 355 corridor, south of the intersection of Irving Park Road and Route 355 and north of the intersection of Route 88 and Route 355 and within one (1) mile distance on either side of the corridor. This property will be used for administrative office purposes with initial lease duration of three (3) years and an option to extend for three (3) years. This office will employ approximately 30-40 people.

Space requirements include a minimum rentable area of approximately 8,750 square feet in a relatively modern building to accommodate voice and data communication requirements, direct connection to University fiber network or a satisfactory alternative, elevator access if on more than a single floor or not on ground level, gross lease structure preferred, professional office setting and availability no later than January 1, 2014.

Further space requirements include common areas which includes bathrooms if not located within the office facility, sufficient sized network/server room, kitchen area, break room(s), large conference room, open area for cubicles, reception area, one large office and five private offices. The space shall also include forty (40) parking spaces (including five overnight parking spaces and two ADA spaces.) Respondent Instructions: (1) Submittal should include two hard copies and one PDF electronic version. (2) An exhibit indicating parking spaces available, including shared spaces, tenant assigned, guest, and ADA accessible, along with any associated cost. (3) Lease terms should include any credits for relocation, moving allowance, tenant improvement allowance, rent abatements or other financial incentives. (4) Lease terms shall specify the annual gross rental cost per lease year for initial term, along with renewal term gross rental costs or adjustments and an estimate of any other associated cost not included in gross rental rate. (5) Provide floor plan of proposed demised area and any building common areas.

At the time it submits its response to this RFI, the respondent must certify that it is a properly formed and existing legal entity and, if applicable, has obtained an assumed name certificate from the appropriate authority, or has registered to conduct business in Illinois and is in good standing with the Illinois Secretary of State (30ILCS 500/1.15.80, 20-34.)
