Request for Information: Real Property Lease

The University wishes to lease general office space located at Urbana-Champaign for a period of 10 years. This property will be used for University Payables.

The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois is soliciting information from qualified respondents regarding the availability of leased space for general office space for the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign, Illinois.

The University wishes to lease professional Class B office space or better for a period of Ten (10) years commencing on August 1, 2021 with an option to terminate early at the end of year five (5) of the lease.

The rentable area shall be approximately 22,000 square feet preferably of contiguous space with two entrances/exits, in a highly accessible professional office setting in Champaign-Urbana within a geographic boundary of two (2) miles from the front doors of the Henry Administration Building, 506 South Wright St., Urbana, Illinois.
