Project Description
Renovate 2,628 square foot of adjacent existing chemistry labs to upgrade lab function. This project involves the renovation of two labs that are separated by a block wall but have crossover access. The project includes replacing the existing laboratory benches and sinks, adding a new floor drain and emergency shower location, installing a new epoxy floor, repainting the walls and exposed ceiling, relamp and repaint the existing light fixtures, install new backpack and coat cubbies, and install new white marker boards.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in Lecture Center C located at 802 S. Halsted Street, Room C003 on 02/22/19 at 10:30 AM prevailing time. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
