Project Description
This project consists of the selective demolition of interior building components as identified in the bid documents. Asbestos abatement to be included in the scope of work.

A MANDATORY prebid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held in Clinical Sciences North 820 S. Wood St. 1st Floor Lobby at 10:00 AM on 1/18/22. Must enter through Medical Sciences Building 828 S. Wolcott and pass through health screening. ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE MASKED. Escorted walk-through tours of work site will be conducted immediately after the pre-bid meeting is concluded. Tours are mandatory but may be scheduled at a later date prior to bid date. See attached ad for scheduling tours at a later time.
