Project Description
Renovation and expansion of existing Pathology Lab and Office space East of the corridor located on the 3rd floor Northwest wing of UIC Hospital. Project includes new exhaust duct run to 4th floor North roof with new fans. Approximately 1,380 SF of renovated office space and 1,480 SF of Lab space. Proposed construction to be completed in two phases and Lab grossing and processing capabilities must remain operational during construction.

This Project is located at: 1740 W Taylor St, Chicago, IL 60612. The project site is located on the 3rd floor of the UIC hospital, in the northwest wing.

A MANDATORY virtual pre-bid conference for all parties interested in bidding the project will be held at 10:00am on 04/26/22 through Zoom. Representatives of the Owner and the Professional Services Consultant will be present to answer questions regarding the project and bidding procedures. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
