Project Description
The scope of this project is to transform the entire basement of the Neuropsychiatric Institute (approximately 22,000 sq. ft.) into the Surgical Innovation and Training Laboratory (SITL). SITL will be a state of the art teaching and research facility for a number of programs within the College of Medicine. The space has been demolished to the structure and the scope of this project includes all new infrastructure and finishes necessary to support the new laboratory space, surgical simulation room, classrooms, lockers rooms, restrooms and support staff space.

This Project is located at: Neuropsychiatric Institute (NPI), 912 S. Wood St., Chicago

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in Pharmacy Bldg located in 833 S. Wood Street, Room B32 on 01/28/19 at 10:30 AM prevailing time.
