Project Description
This project consists removal and replacement of the Performing Arts Center (PAC) entrance canopy and associated site improvements as well as the repair of portion of the existing underground concourse roof and amenities immediately above, including water-proof membranes, site paving, etc. The project includes removal of existing pavements, sidewalks, canopies, and other miscellaneous items along with the construction of a new entrance canopy, vestibule, site pavements, landscaping, and various miscellaneous associated utility work. The project includes (1) Unit Price item, and three (3) alternate bid items.
This Project is located at Public Affairs Center, 2200 Ernest Hemingway Drive, Springfield, IL 62703.
