Project Description
Complete removal of existing ballasted EPDM roof system and replacement with new fully adhered PVC roof system (and tapered insulation) including roof drains, skylight replacements, misc sheet metal, select HVAC Demotion, select ACM / LBP stabilization and or removal in addition to select interior painting.
