Project Description
The project work shall include an approximately 3,700 square foot building addition on the 4th floor of the Business Instructional Facility to create additional office space. The scope will include, at minimum, selective demolition and renovation of existing interior and exterior spaces including walls, doors, windows, green roofing assemblies, and finishes; new work consisting of exterior insulated metal panel clad CMU walls, structural steel, insulated metal framed windows, EPDM membrane roofing and accessories, standing seam metal roofing, clerestory windows, hollow metal doors and frames with hardware, metal stud and gypsum board interior partition walls and soffits, interior display case, flooring, suspended acoustical ceiling tile and grid, and painting; and all associated Fire Protection, Plumbing, Mechanical, and Electrical work.

A MANDATORY pre-bid meeting will be held in Room 4001, Business Instructional Facility, 515 East Gregory Drive, Champaign, Illinois 61820 on 09/22/17 at 10:00 AM prevailing time. All prospective bidders are REQUIRED to attend.
